Screening of the catalyst

In the field of industrial catalyst service, the clean separation of the catalyst, dust and ceramic material, while taking account of all the requirements with regard to safety, health and the environment, is of particular importance.

Depending on requirements, we use different screening machinery for our clients, with which every type of catalyst in every size is screened out. It is also possible to screen the products during on-going production, e.g. online screening on CCR reformers.

For large volumes, we offer a mobile screening unit, in which the catalyst ceramic material is screened out in up to six fractions under inert conditions with two screening machines, different conveying facilities and a central dust extraction system.
