Training programme

Before starting work, every new employee receives two days training in the work in refineries and petrochemical plants. Before every project, the assignment management / leader holds safety and project related briefings in addition to the legally prescribed annual safety instruction and medical examinations.

1. Theoretical Training

• VCA-1 (SGU-1): operative workers
• VCA-2 (SGU-2): operative managerial staff
• Breathing apparatus wearers
• LSS Life Support System / Technical Equipment

2. Practical Training

• LSS Life Support System / Technical Equipment
• Part 1: Safety Assistant / Man Under Helmet
• Part 2: Man Under Helmet
• Part 3: Top Supervisor
• Part 4: LSS Supervisor

Employees who have successfully passed these training stages are assigned as Professional Operators to work on our customers' premises.

3. Additional qualifications according to area of work

• Driving of industrial vehicles
• First Aid specialist
• Safety Officer
• Person appointed in accordance with §1a GbV
• Breathing apparatus maintenance
