Initially, the reactor must be separated from the plant network. To do this, we set up inspected blanking plates directly on the flanges of the reactor, which cut the product supply.

The reactor is cooled to about 40°C using nitrogen rinsing. Depending on the client wishes, we then dismantle the upper flange or open the manhole.
